Filter Disc

Single layer filter discs also known as monolayer metal filter screens, they are the most widely screen filter discs used in filtration industries. The single screen filter discs are produced from stainless steel wire mesh, perforated sheet and expanded metal by stamping process or cutting process. After 8 whole production process, the filter discs with safe edge, while screen surface flatness, cleanliness would be better.
JD Hardware using punching technology manufactured a wide variety of shape and size of single layer filter discs in large quantity, such as the diameter size range from 10 mm to 1200 mm, the filter rating from 150 micron nominal and up available, the screen mesh filter discs are commonly constructed with materials of plain steel, stainless steel, brass or aluminum.
