Filter Disc

Rimmed filter discs also known as rolled-formed metal frames filter packs, the wire screen mesh filters are manufactured by single layer or multilayer stainless steel wire mesh of different gauge wires, with stainless steel or aluminum frame all sides. After Rimmed, the screen mesh filters surface flatness better, while the tightness and impact resistance increased, that particularly effective in applications exposed to special environments.

JD Hardware reworks a wide variety of sizes and shape of rimmed filter discs, include round/circular shape, rectangular shape and oval shape, the filter precision range from 5 micron to 2000 micron, the rimmed disk filters are commonly constructed with materials of stainless steel, brass or copper.
